By accessing and using LeadFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our CRM platform or auxiliary services.
2. Service Provision
We provide a SaaS offering directly aimed at empowering local businesses. We strive to achieve 99.9% uptime, although we reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance affecting availability during non-peak hours.
3. Billing & Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly. You may cancel your subscription instantly at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are processed solely at the discretion and approval of the LeadFlow operations team.
